The Climbing Technology Click Up belay device has been designed especially for sport climbers.

This belay device has no moving parts and runs like a dream while belaying. When weight comes on the rope it automatically "Clicks Up" into a locking position and the belayer simply pushes it forward to resume belaying when it is safe to do so. Weighing 109 grams and coupled with an HMS karabiner the Click Up can be used with a wide range of rope diameters. Climbing Technology recommend that the Click Up is used with the Concept HMS Spring Bar Karabiner.

Please note that this belay device has been engineered especially for indoor wall climbing, or outdoor sport routes featuring bolt anchors compliant to UIAA standards. It should not be used for traditional climbing or mountaineering due to it's swift locking mechanism.
